The rooms/suites are available from 3 p.m. and are reserved until 6 p.m. In the event of a later arrival, we ask our guests to send us a short notification. We ask our guests to vacate the room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure, otherwise an additional day will be charged.
One car free and each additional car is charged at EUR 7.00 per day. Reservations are binding upon receipt of the deposit (50% of the booking amount).
In case of cancellation we refer to the Austrian hotel contract conditions. In the event of an early departure, the entire cost of the stay will be charged.
General booking information
Payment : We accept cash, bank card and credit card payments. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Deposit: 50% by credit card or bank transfer. Bookings are fixed by written confirmation from both sides – either by e-mail or by fax. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance .
Cancellation : We ask for your understanding that in the event of cancellation or early departure, we will charge according to the cancellation conditions of the AGBH (General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel Industry).
